2.1 Billetlugen A/S, Bryggernes Plads 17, 1st floor, 1799 Copenhagen V - CVR No. 29413274 is the data controller. This means that we are responsible for your personal information.
3. Purpose of Collecting Personal Information and Legal Basis
a) To facilitate the delivery of products and/or services you have ordered. For this purpose, we collect your name, email, address, phone number, birthday, consent for newsletter delivery, consent for event information, gender, interests (event category), payment transaction details.
b) To respond to your inquiries or complaints. For this purpose, we collect your name, email, address, phone number, birthday, consent for newsletter delivery, consent for event information, gender, interests (event category), payment transaction details.
c) We record customer calls for the purpose of staff training and quality assurance. Recordings are made only with your explicit consent, and you may withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a). Recordings are stored securely and deleted no later than 3 months after the recording, unless otherwise agreed. You have the right to request access to, rectification or deletion of your personal data. d) To enable your participation in competitions or promotions. For this purpose, we collect your name, email, address, phone number, birthday, consent for newsletter delivery, consent for event information, gender, interests (event category).
e) To provide you with information about other products and services we offer that are similar to those you have already ordered or inquired about. f) To notify you of changes to events. For this purpose, we collect your name, phone number, email.

h) To create profiles for sending you personalized targeted marketing. The interests pursued in connection with segmentation are to gain an understanding of your preferences so that Billetlugen A/S can personalize ads and thus provide you with more relevant offers on goods and services. The logic of the automated processing concerning segmentation is statistics and analyses. i) To transfer personal information to the event organizer and/or venue – to fulfill the contract. For this purpose, we collect your name, address, phone number, email, ticket information, order details, client consents. See the list of event organizers here.
3.2 Our legal basis for processing is: a) Your consent; b) Processing is necessary for the performance of a purchase agreement to which you are a party; c) Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation imposed on Billetlugen A/S; d) Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of Billetlugen A/S or a third party, and these interests override the interests of the data subject.
If the legal basis for processing is consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and Article 9(2)(a) GDPR.
If the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interests of Billetlugen A/S or a third party: These interests include, for example, statistics, process optimization, etc.
3.3 We retain your personal information until it is no longer relevant for Billetlugen A/S to keep it, as long as it is in accordance with Danish law. If you withdraw your consent as described in section 6, Billetlugen A/S will keep your personal information for 2 years thereafter, after which, according to a statement from the "Consumer Ombudsman," the information will be deleted. If your consent has not been used for more than 2 years, Billetlugen A/S will also delete your personal information. However, independent of GDPR, all transaction data is retained for 5 years in accordance with Danish accounting law.

4.2 You can request access to your personal information at any time, and incorrect information can be corrected, deleted, or amended using the contact information provided below in section 6. You can also request a restriction or data portability or object to us processing your data, including withdrawing your consent.
4.3 If you have any complaints about our processing of your personal information, you can contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
4.4 You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes at any time.
5. Transfer of Personal Information
5.1 We may disclose personal information to affiliated companies or subsidiaries as well as professional advisors in accordance with the applicable data protection law.
5.2 Our employees, agents, business partners, and suppliers may have access to your personal information to a limited extent as necessary to provide a service to us or to enable them to act on our behalf in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5.3 We may disclose relevant information about your purchase to the event organizer, artist, venue, restaurant, insurance partner or other third party in order to complete your order and for our partners to perform the event or contract. This transfer can happen as data processors or in separate controllership.
5.4 We reserve the right to use or disclose information as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or legal requests or to cooperate with a legal investigation.

5.9 If you accept a digital ticket (BILLETLUGEN.Pass) from another person via fanSALE, we process information about your name, phone number, and email address. Our basis for processing is that processing is necessary to fulfill the agreement to which you are a party, according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 6(1)(b). We also process information about your address so that we can contact you by regular mail with important information about your ticket or the event if we cannot reach you by phone or email. Our basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in being able to contact you for this purpose, according to GDPR Article 6(1)(f), which we believe also aligns with your interests.
5.10 If you choose to have your tickets sent by post, we will help you avoid input errors and ensure successful delivery through address suggestions and validation. To do this, we use Loqate from our partner GB Group Plc and process your IP address and the address details you have entered. The processing is carried out on the basis of the performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Registration and creation of a customer account
1. When you visit our website, you can create a customer account. You can use this to purchase tickets and find out about events and leisure activities. You can also create lists of your favorite artists, venues and events, bookmark them and receive information about them. You can participate in exclusive pre-sales and ticket sales registration, subscribe to newsletters and take advantage of many other benefits relating to your ticket purchase. The registration and use of the customer account requires the provision of personal data. Mandatory fields are marked accordingly in the input mask. So-called session cookies are used for the technical realization of the login.
2. You have the option to select a “persistent” login for the device you are using. In this case, you will not be asked for your password for a period of up to 6 months. This allows you to complete your ticket purchase faster and more conveniently, as well as to use many other functions and advantages faster. To enable this login, cookies are set on your end device. For some functions, such as downloading tickets, additional authentication via your password, is still required.
3. We process your personal data to enable you to create and use your customer account and to purchase tickets and afterwards inform you about our products and services based on our legitimate interest, for user-verification in case of changes to personal data in your account. With your consent, we will provide you with a persistent login. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b), lit. f) and lit. a) GDPR.
Security
We take good care of the information you provide about yourself. From the moment we receive the information, you can trust that we handle it with the confidentiality and security required by law.
On our website, we take all precautions to protect our users' information from misuse. When you are asked to enter information, such as payment card numbers and expiration dates, the entry is encrypted using the best encryption software available - currently SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Information such as name, address, and email address is not stored encrypted, but all information provided during the purchase process is transmitted encrypted. We use SSL encryption to protect information online, and we have taken reasonable measures to protect the information offline. All our information is subject to strict biometric security. This means that only employees who need the information to perform a task have access to it. All our employees have received extensive instructions on our security and data handling policy. Our servers are stored under strict security measures in a closed and locked room.
Purchase/Ordering To order tickets on billetlugen.dk, you must register as a user and provide your name, address, and payment card information. The information is used to complete the purchase. If there are problems with a purchase, or if, for example, a cancellation occurs or something similar, the information will be used to contact you.
In addition to what is stated about the storage of personal information in our Cookie Policy, the following applies: Information is only stored in a form that enables identification of the data subject for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which the information is processed. Personal information processed for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes may be stored for longer than necessary, provided that the information is processed for specific purposes in accordance with applicable legislation and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the rights and freedoms of data subjects.
