Where do I complain?

If your complaint is about the event itself, you can contact the promoter indicated on the ticket. If you are unable to contact the promoter, you are, of course, welcome to contact us, in which case we will forward your complaint.

If you wish to complain about the conditions at the venue, we similarly ask you kindly to contact them directly.

If you want to complain about the actual ticket purchase, you can complain to Billetlugen by using the form you find here.
