The Royal Library offer guided tours at The Black Diamond in Copenhagen. Explore the buildings and environment while listening to stories about architecture and collections.
We invite you to guided tours every Monday at 3:00 PM, as well as on Sundays at 12:00 PM and 1.30 pm.
The tour takes place in both the newer building of The Royal Library, the iconic cultural center The Black Diamond located on the waterfront, and in the older part of the library, the Holm and Hansen buildings. You will learn about the architecture, history, cultural activities, The Royal Library’s work and the fascinating and rare ‘treasures’ from the library’s collection.
In addition to the tour, you will also have access to visit the current exhibitions displayed in The Black Diamond.
Language: English Monday at 3 PM and Sunday at 12 PM, and Danish Sunday at 1:30 PM.
Duration: 1 hour.
The price includes free admission to the exhibitions in the building.
