Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for this concert can only be purchased via the official ticket provider Billetlugen.dk.
Billetlugen.dk accepts the following payment cards: Dankort, VISA and Mastercard.
We recommend that you prepare for the ticket sales and create a profile on Billetlugen.dk in advance. If you already have a Billetlugen profile, please check that the information is correct. Please note that the ticket will be sent to the email you have registered on your profile.
At the onsale, it will not be possible to choose a specific seat. The system will automatically give you the best seats available within the selected price category. Seatmap is for illustrative purposes only. See it HERE.
How do I buy wheelchair tickets?
If you need a companion and access to the wheelchair podium, you must call Billetlugen's customer service on tel. +45 70 26 32 67. Please note that only wheelchair tickets with companions can be booked over the phone and that there are only a limited number of these tickets avaliable. In order to buy a companion ticket, the companion must be able to present the companion card at the entrance.
There is only access to the wheelchair podium if you have a wheelchair and companion ticket. Rollators or wheelchairs are not permitted in standing areas or in the feuerzone, so you must have a seat ticket or a wheelchair ticket.
When purchasing additional tickets in the same order as wheelchair and companion, these tickets will be standing seats that do not have access to the wheelchair podium.
Other disability:
If you need a ticket for a disability other than a wheelchair ticket, as well as a companion ticket, you must call Billetlugen's customer service on tel. +45 70 26 32 67.

It is permitted to bring crutches/walking sticks to the concert. If you have seats in either the Feuerzone or standing seats, it is important that you place yourself on the sides.
Rollators or wheelchairs are not permitted in standing areas or in the Feuerzone, so you must have a seat ticket or a wheelchair ticket.
When do the tickets go on sale?
The official ticket sale starts on Wednesday 18.10.2023 at 11:00 am.

How much is the ticket price?
FEUER ZONE: DKK 1190.
Standing spaces: DKK 890.
Seating-Tribune 1,2,6,7: DKK 1190.
Seating - Tribune 3,4,5: DKK 1090.
Seating - Limited view: DKK 790.
Wheelchair space: DKK 890.
All tickets are subject to a ticket fee. In addition, an order fee is imposed and any shipping fee.

How many tickets can I buy?
For the official ticket sale, you must max. buy 6 tickets per customer.
Are the tickets personal?
The tickets are not personal. This means that the name on the ticket does not have to match your ID, and that tickets can, for example, be given as gifts.
What if I buy tickets but can’t attend the concert?
Buy a cancellation insurance and you are covered if something unexpected happens. You can get the ticket price refunded by e.g. acute illness, pregnancy, involuntary termination, the weather and much more. Terms and conditions apply.

What is the age limit?
The age limit is 8 years. Young people under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a person over the age of 18.
How do I receive my ticket?
For the Rammstein Europe Stadium Tour 2024, you can ensure an memory of the concert by buying a Special Edition Ticket.
This is a very special souvenir ticket printed on special ticket paper and only costs a shipping fee of DKK 49 per order for shipping in Denmark and Germany and DKK 99 per order for international shipping.
It is also possible to choose a print@home ticket, which will be sent to your e-mail directly after your purchase.
When will I receive my ticket?
You will receive your print@home tickets by e-mail directly after your purchase.
If you have purchased Special Edition Tickets, they will be sent to you no earlier than four weeks after the start of sales, and no later than December 2023.
Can I resell my ticket?
You can resell your tickets on our resale platform Fansale.dk.
The tickets can only be resold from December 2023.

When does the concert start?
The show starts at 20.00
Please note that all times on the ticket and in the purchase flow are indicative and that changes may occur.
What to bring?
Persons who appear intimidating in their clothing, markings or behaviour, will not be admitted to the concert. The same applies commercial/political/activist actors who have not previously made an agreement with the organizer about their participation.
Euphoriant drugs are not allowed and will result in suspension and will be reported to the police.
For safety reasons, it is not permitted to bring laser sticks, fireworks, weapons and similar.
For the sake of the other guests, it is not permitted to bring chairs, umbrellas, banners, signs and similar.
It is not permitted to bring food and drinks as well as professional cameras and equipment video equipment.
Exchange of tickets.
Exchange of tickets between standing/seating is not possible.
