Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost gift cards
On loss, the card will, upon addressing tel. +45 70 263 267, be blocked with immediate effect. On misuse, if any, before addressing the said number, the buyer/user is liable to the misuse. Gift cards that have been lost can be reissued for a fee.

Validity
A gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue. Any remaining amount on the card can, at the holder's request, be exchanged for cash throughout the period and up to one year after its expiry on submission of the gift card number and card number. A fee of DKK 15.00 will be charged to cover the costs associated with the payout of the remaining amount.

Right of cancellation
If you want to cancel a gift card that you have purchased, it can be returned to Billetlugen A/S within 14 days, as so far as the gift card is unused. If the gift card has already been used to buy tickets within the 14 days, it is not possible to cancel the gift card. The right of withdrawal is valid from the time where you receive the gift card per mail or email.

When you have returned a gift card, we will credit the paid amount excluding fees, and transfer the money to the account that was used when purchasing the gift card, no later than 14 days after receiving the information.

Limitation
The Billetlugen gift card may not be used in connection with marketing without Billetlugen's written permission.

Terms and Conditions
Apart from the above terms and conditions, the Billetlugen gift card is subject to Billetlugen A/S' general Terms and conditions of sale.

How to redeem your gift card?
1. Select the event you would like tickets for and add the number of tickets you would like to purchase to the Shopping Cart.
2. Click “Redeem voucher”
3. Enter your gift card code (without any spaces) in the ‘Redeem voucher’ field.
4. Once you've entered your code, click on the bottom to deduct the value from the total amount. The total includes any delivery charges that may apply.

Should the total amount exceed the gift card value, you can pay for any remaining balance with card.

Any remaining credit on the gift card can be used the next time you purchase tickets at Billetlugen.dk by re-entering your gift card number.
