According to Danish law, the right of return does not cover ticket purchases, and thus you cannot get your money refunded should you be prevented from attending the event.

Tickets are only refunded if an event is cancelled, and in most cases the ticket fee will not be refunded. Billetlugen does not exchange tickets neither between price categories, nor place or date.

However, it is legal to resell tickets, as long as they are not sold at a higher price than the stated price. Billetlugen offer our own resale platform fansale.dk. When you purchase a ticket through fanSALE, the old barcode will be deactivated and the buyer will receive a new barcode. This way we secure only to sell valid tickets. Unfortunately, Billetlugen cannot verify tickets purchased by third parties.
