With “My Billetlugen”, you get a complete overview of all your purchases at billetlugen.dk. If you have bought tickets as Print@Home, you can go into your “Order history” any time and download your tickets again, as long as you were logged into your profile during the purchase.

It is free, and you only have to enter your address information once–then buying tickets is easier and faster in the future.

It is easy to create a profile at billetlugen.dk.

Click on the link "My Billetlugen" in the right side of the menu line at billetlugen.dk.
You have to click the “Create profile" button, which you find at the bottom of the box.
The information that is required during initial setup are your name, your email address, and your desired password.

When you log in, you may want to go into “settings” and indicate your mailing address. Then it will be populated automatically, when you log in to buy a ticket.

For subsequent logins with your existing profile, you have two options:

1. Click on the link "My Billetlugen" in the right side of the menu line, before you start buying tickets.

2. When you are done buying tickets, you will be asked automatically if you would like to log in, after finding the tickets.

We call the front page of your profile the ”Dashboard”. This is where you can see your upcoming events, and you can easily click in and read information on the events.
You use the menu on the left to navigate to the functions under your profile.

The secondary page "Order history" shows all the purchases you have made, while you have been logged in.
You can click on the individual order to see the original receipt that you got when you bought your tickets.
If you bought tickets as Print@Home, this is also where you can download your tickets. Click on the receipt and click on the button "Download Print@Home" –then you will get your PDF with the tickets.
