Which payment options do we have?

At Billetlugen.dk, you can pay with the following cards:

  • Dankort
  • VISA/Dankort
  • MasterCard
  • VISA

Not all foreign cards are accepted at billetlugen.dk. Primarily for security reasons - the country issuing the card and the country associated with your computer’s IP-address must match. Still, cards from some countries are not accepted for online purchases, regardless of the IP-address, which is a security feature that has, unfortunately, proven necessary to avoid fraud involving foreign credit cards. If you have problems completing your payment, you can contact Billetlugen’s Customer Service at +45 70 263 267. We appreciate your understanding regarding these safety measures.

Invoice
If you are a company, an institution, or other type of organization that would like to buy tickets, you have the option of paying via invoice for an additional ticket invoicing fee, and other fees. However, this option is not offered for all events. If you would like to learn more about this payment method, please contact Billetlugen’s Customer Service at +45 70 263 267.

Klarna
 You can also pay with Klarna for multiple events, where it is possible to pay later
 How do I pay with Klarna:
 - Choose Klarna (Pay later) as payment method when you complete your purchase on Billetlugen.dk
 - Beside your order confirmation you will receive a separate invoice from Klarna with all the payment information
 - If you choose “pay later” you have 14 days to pay your invoice.

Please be aware that it is not possible to use Klarna as a payment method for all events.
