What is Print@Home?
Note that Print@Home is not a valid method of delivery for all events. This depends on the organizers of the individual event.
Make sure the printout of the ticket is high quality, so it can be scanned at the time of admission. Note especially, whether the barcode is clear and easily readable. You are not required to print tickets in color. Black/white prints are accepted as well.
If you have purchased more than a single ticket, you should be careful to print all pages in the PDF file, and you may want to check that the barcodes are different. If you have printed the same ticket twice, only one will be valid, while the other one will be rejected at the door. Be advised that ticket abuse is considered fraud and is reported to the police.
If you have not received the email with your tickets within 24 hours of the completion of your transaction, you can do the following:
- Check if your spam filter intercepted the email.
- You can log into” My Billetlugen”. Here you can have the email resent or download the ticket from the receipt page.
- Call Billetlugen’s Customer Service at +45 70 263 267. In case the tickets must be used the same day, and it is outside business hours, you can try to contact the venue directly. Alternatively, you can bring a valid picture ID and any documentation of your purchase to the venue, where the staff will try to help you.
If you have lost your ticket after printing it, you should contact Billetlugen’s Customer Service. Here, we can either resend the same tickets or cancel them and reissue new ones by email. The latter costs a reprinting fee of DKK 60.00 plus delivery fee if sent by post. It is not possible to cancel a reprinting.
If you are unable to open the PDF file, you can download Acrobat Reader.
