I have selected delivery by post - when will I receive the tickets?
Billetlugen mails tickets worldwide. Tickets are mailed to you as soon as possible, and you will have them no later than five business days after the purchase. For tickets that are sent abroad, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, however, a delivery time of up to 14 days should be expected. Tickets are sent as regular letter to the delivery address, you have indicated at the time of purchase.

If the event is close, the letter is automatically sent via Quickbrev (express mail). Billetlugen’s barcode system ensures that the ticket you receive cannot be copied or otherwise falsified. Therefore, sending the letter as registered mail is unnecessary, and thus you do not need to be home when the tickets are delivered.

Note that longer delivery times may occur in connection with special events. You will always receive an email when the tickets have been sent. If you do not receive the ticket in the mail, Billetlugen can print a new ticket at no cost and risk to you, the customer. The old ticket will be cancelled and is no longer valid for admission.

For reprinting of tickets lost in the mail, you must, however, contact Billetlugen’s Customer Service with your reprint request no later than 30 business days after your purchase. If you wait longer than seven business days, the ticket will be considered lost after delivery, and you must pay a reprinting fee in order to get a new ticket.

If you lose your ticket after delivery, you must similarly pay a reprinting fee. The fee to reprint lost tickets is DKK 100 plus delivery fee if sent by post. This means that the cost to reprint incl. the delivery fee is DKK 140.00. It is not possible to cancel a reprinting.
