Right of withdrawal:
Tickets bought at Billetlugen are not subject to right of withdrawal.
Refund:
Purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of a cancellation. The event organizer is your contracting party and thus liable to refund the ticket price in case of cancellation. Any and all charged ticket fees, other fees, cancellation insurances as well as any delivery costs paid when purchasing the ticket, will not be refunded in case of cancellation/relocation.
Best seat available:
“Best seat available” will automatically find the best seat, in the chosen price category and ticket type.
Seat overview:
By using the seat map for a given event, you can choose your seats directly. To do this please open the seat map, choose from the available seats by clicking on the seats who wish to purchase. Please note that seat maps are not available for all events.
No seats available:
When a selection of event, price category or ticket type shows a “Not available”, the given selection is currently “sold out” or temporarily out of sale and thus cannot be purchased. We encourage you to check back later to see if more tickets are put up for sale.

Delivery methods:
At Billetlugen you can choose between different delivery methods – not all options are available for all events:
A pdf print of your ticket will be sent to you by e-mail
Your ticket is delivered by sms
- Standard or International post
You ticket is printed by Billetlugen is sent to you by postal mail service. If you purchase the tickets only a few days before the event, it will not be possible to select “Standard or International post” as a delivery method
- BILLETLUGEN.Pass
Tickets sold as BILLETLUGEN.Pass tickets will be delivered directly to the Billetlugen app before the event date, but not directly at the time of purchase (the app is available from early 2022).
The ticket agreement between you and the organizer is valid at the time of purchase when Billetlugen has received and registered your payment and you have received a purchase receipt.
Your purchase receipt serves as the ticket until the digital ticket is released to the app. You will receive an e-mail, when the app is ready together with needed instructions.
Please note that if you purchase multiple tickets, all tickets will be shown on your personal profile in the Billetlugen App. You as the purchaser are the only one who can access the tickets, and you cannot forward the tickets to others. This implies that you will have to access the event together with any others for whom you have purchased tickets. If you wish to resell your tickets, you need to resell them through the Billetlugen fansale platform. Resale on fanSALE might be subject to a fanSALE fee. You can only resell the ticket to the maximum price of the ticket, including ticket fee (but excl other fees and insurances). You can also sell the ticket at a lower price. The purchaser of the tickets on fansale has to pay your ticket price plus a fansale fee. Read more in the fansale FAQ
Discount
On certain events special ticket types might be offered at a lower price, i.e. Student, children and seniors. When purchasing such tickets, the venue can ask for documentation to prove the preconditions for such tickets are met. Most venues require documentation of “accompany card” in case of free tickets to visitors who accompany disabled event visitors.
