When a selection of event, price category or ticket type shows a “Not available”, the given selection is currently “sold out” or temporarily out of sale and thus cannot be purchased. We encourage you to check back later to see if more tickets are put up for sale.

Delivery methods:

At Billetlugen you can choose between different delivery methods – not all options are available for all events:

A pdf print of your ticket will be sent to you by e-mail

  • Mobile ticket

Your ticket is delivered by sms

  • Standard or International post
    You ticket is printed by Billetlugen is sent to you by postal mail service. If you purchase the tickets only a few days before the event, it will not be possible to select “Standard or International post” as a delivery method

  • BILLETLUGEN.Pass
    Tickets sold as BILLETLUGEN.Pass tickets will be delivered directly to the Billetlugen app before the event date, but not directly at the time of purchase (the app is available from early 2022).

The ticket agreement between you and the organizer is valid at the time of purchase when Billetlugen has received and registered your payment and you have received a purchase receipt.

Your purchase receipt serves as the ticket until the digital ticket is released to the app. You will receive an e-mail, when the app is ready together with needed instructions.

Please note that if you purchase multiple tickets, all tickets will be shown on your personal profile in the Billetlugen App. You as the purchaser are the only one who can access the tickets, and you cannot forward the tickets to others. This implies that you will have to access the event together with any others for whom you have purchased tickets.  If you wish to resell your tickets, you need to resell them through the Billetlugen fansale platform. Resale on fanSALE might be subject to a fanSALE fee. You can only resell the ticket to the maximum price of the ticket, including ticket fee (but excl other fees and insurances). You can also sell the ticket at a lower price. The purchaser of the tickets on fansale has to pay your ticket price plus a fansale fee. Read more in the fansale FAQ

Discount

On certain events special ticket types might be offered at a lower price, i.e. Student, children and seniors. When purchasing such tickets, the venue can ask for documentation to prove the preconditions for such tickets are met. Most venues require documentation of “accompany card” in case of free tickets to visitors who accompany disabled event visitors.

Note:

Billetlugen A/S is not the organizer of the offered event. The contract is concluded with the organizer, and subsequently, it is the organizer who is responsible for the obligations of the contract. Billetlugen A/S acts as ticket distributer for the organizer, and is merely selling the tickets.

Garderobe:
Garderoben er placeret i underetagen med adgang via de to trapper i hver ende af foyeren, eller via elevator. Af hensyn til sikkerhed (brand og evakuering) anbefaler vi, at du deponerer overtøj i garderoben. Paraplyer, tasker større end A4 og lignende større effekter skal altid deponeres i garderoben. Lad større tasker, rygsække mv. blive hjemme, da sikkerhedspersonalet kan afvise dem ved visitation.

Barer:
K.B. Hallen har en stor bar i foyeren, 6 barer på 1. sal samt pop-up barer i salen på hver side af scenen til koncerter med stående publikum. Barerne har et stort udvalg af gode øl, vand, vin, spiritus, shots og lækre cocktails samt diverse chips, snacks og slik. Den rigtige sult skal dog stilles hjemmefra.

Kørestole:
Til offentlige arrangementer kan billet til kørestolsplads købes ved telefonisk henvendelse til Billetlugen A/S, kundeservice. på 70 263 267. Adgang i kørestol kun med gyldig billet til kørestolsplads af hensyn til sikkerhed og evakueringsplan.

Handicaptoiletter forefindes ifm. K.B. Hallens toiletfaciliteter i underetagen på begge sider af garderoben samt på 1. sal. Adgang med kørestol via elevator.

Husregler:
Adgang til K.B. Hallen gives kun mod forevisning af gyldig billet.
Visitation vil forekomme af hensyn til sikkerhed for publikum og optrædende.
Paraplyer, jakker/overtøj, hatte mv. skal afleveres i garderoben af hensyn gældende sikkerhedsregler.

K.B. Hallen giver ikke adgang til personer, som:
• tydeligt er påvirkede af alkohol eller stoffer
• tydeligt er voldelige eller har til hensigt at udøve vold
• tydeligt har til hensigt at genere eller skade andre eller arrangementet som helhed

Følgende må ikke medbringes i K.B. Hallen:
• Våben og genstande der kan benyttes som våben
• Foto-, audio- og video optage udstyr, laptops, tablets og andet teknisk udstyr
• Kufferter, rygsække og tasker større end A4
• Spraydåser mv. med brændbare/skadelige gasser
• Dåser, flasker og anden hård emballage
• Fyrværkeri/pyroteknisk udstyr
• Stole, stiger, barne-/klapvogne og andre større effekter
• Dyr
• Mad og drikkevarer
• Narkotiske stoffer
• Større skilte, bannere mv. eller materiale til fremstilling af sådanne.
• … samt andre effekter, som vurderes at kunne påvirke sikkerheden eller publikums oplevelse.

Adfærd, som ikke tillades i K.B. Hallen:
• Rygning udenfor tydeligt markerede udendørs ryge-områder.
• Enhver brug af ikke tilladte effekter – i sådanne tilfælde beslaglægges effekter indtil arrangementet er afsluttet.
• Enhver form for antændelse af ild.
• Racistiske, sexistiske, ekstremistiske, fundamentalistiske eller lignende ytringer/gestikulation.
• Afbrydelse af-, indblanding i- eller anden påvirkning af arrangementets afvikling, som generer publikum
eller optrædende.
• Voldelig eller generende adfærd.
• Ophold eller forsøg på ophold i områder som er lukket for publikum (bag barrierer, back-stage osv.).
• Omdeling af materiale (politisk, kommercielt eller andet) eller enhver form for varesalg uden operatørens tilladelse.
• Ødelæggelse, forurening, hærværk eller anden skade på K.B. Hallens bygning og udstyr.

K.B. Hallen forbeholder sig ret til at afvise eller bortvise personer, som ikke overholder disse husregler. Billet refunderes ikke.
