The Royal Academy has a long strong tradition for educating brass instrumentalists who succeeds in winning positions at leading orchestras in Denmark and abroad. It also has a long line of legendary organ teachers who have left their mark on Danish church music .
Brassorganic is a collaboration between the two groups of instrumentalists and with the big Klais concert organ in the Symphonic Hall working conditions are ideal.
The programme for the concert will consist of rennaissance music, contemporary music and rarely played music by - among others - Carl Attrup.
Throughout the year, the Royal Academy of Music offers a profusion of public concerts – which for most people are free. Because the Academy is an educational institution and the concerts are parts of the curriculum, last minute programme changes or cancellations may occur. We regularly update the page, however changes (which we will not have time to correct on the homepage) may occur. For more programme information visit Det Jyske Musikkonservatoriums koncertkalender.
