New life will be blown into the 40-year-old Broadway musical Grease when the Concert Hall Aarhus shows it in a new rejuvenating Danish translation in 2012. Anna David as Sandy, Sonny Fredie-Pedersen as Danny and the rest of the sparkling cast promise real 50s nostalgia and raw musical power. Grease is best known as the film version with John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, but it has also had great success on Broadway, in West End, and came to Denmark in 1993. The American Tim Zimmermann has directed and choreographed the Danish 2012 version.

The restaurant johan r is a good place to start your musical evenings. To the three musicals, Grease, Den eneste ene - the Musical, and Elsk mig i nat x-mas, it will be possible to order a VIP package or a musical buffet in the restaurant of the Concert Hall.
The VIP package costs DKK 865 and contains an A ticket to the show, a welcome drink, starter, main course and dessert, and an intermission drink. The musical buffet incl. a welcome drink costs DKK 295.

Buy a ticket to Grease and get a free children ticket to LEGOLAND

In connection with MAMMA MIA! and Grease the Concert Hall Aarhus has made an agreement with LEGOLAND Billund that when you buy a ticket to these musicals you will get a free children ticket to Legoland. The ticket is valid between August 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012, and counts as a one-day ticket for a child between 3 and 12 years old.
