1. Purchase

The Billetlugen gift certificate is purchased on billetlugen.dk or via telephone +45 70 263 267.

2. Fees

If you issue the gift certificate yourself as print@home, there are no fees.
If you choose to have the gift certificate delivered in an exclusive gift wrapping to a stated address, the fee is DKK 35.- per gift certificate, incl. delivery charges.

3. Use of gift certificate

The gift certificate can be used in connection with purchase of tickets via billetlugen.dk or via Billetlugen's call centre on tel. +45 70 263 267. The value cannot be paid out in cash.

4. Delivery

On delivery, the gift certificate will be delivered by mail within three business days.

5. Activation

The gift certificate is to be activated before use. On billetlugen.dk/gift certificate, the gift certificate is activated by entering the gift certificate number and PIN code (the PIN code is stated in the order confirmation which has been submitted by email on purchase.)

6. Information about balance

On billetlugen.dk / gift certificate or by contacting Billetlugen's call centre, +45 70 263 267, you will be able to know the balance of your gift certificate. All you need to provide is certificate number and PIN code.

7. Lost gift certificate

On loss, the card will, upon addressing tel. +45 70 263 267, be blocked effective immediately. On misuse, if any, before addressing the said number, the buyer/user is liable to the misuse.

8. Duration

The gift card is valid for two years from the date of issue. Any remaining amount can at the holder's request, be paid throughout the period and up to one year after its expiry on submission of the giftcard number and registration and account number.

9. Limitation of use

The Billetlugen gift certificate may not be used in connection with marketing without Billetlugen's written permission. 

10. Conditions

Apart from the above guidelines, the Billetlugen gift certificate is subject to Billetlugen A/S' general terms of sales and delivery.
