Will I receive a receipt for my purchase and will I be able to have it present?

As a customer at Billetlugen you will always receive a receipt for your purchase of ticket. The receipt will automatically appear on the screen when you have completed the purchase. At the same time, an email with your receipt is sent to the email address you have provided.
You can also always see your previous purchases by logging in to "My profile" with your username and password. "My profile" is found by clicking the link to "My profile" on the right-hand side of the menu on the front page of billetlugen.dk.
If you have bought a print@home ticket, you can go into ""My profile"" and resend the email with the ticket.
