I cannot read and/or print my print@home ticket?
In order to open your print@home ticket, you need the most recent version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you have not received the email with the ticket, you may have a spam filter that blocks receipt of the email. Click off the spam filter and resend the email via '"My profile"'.
If you still do not succeed in printing your print@home tickets, you should bring picture identification and preferably your order confirmation to the relevant event. Then they will help you at the entrance.
