My tickets are lost

Please contact our customer service, +45 70 263 267. Then we can help you reprint your tickets. Our customer service is open at the hours 10 - 17 on all business days. Have the phone number by which you ordered the tickets ready so that we can quickly find you in our system.
If you lost the tickets just before an event, we are not always able to reprint and send new tickets for you. Then phone our call centre, so that we can find a solution about picking up the tickets in our office, Øster Allé 42, 2nd floor, 2100 Copenhagen Ø at the hours 10:00 to 16:30. For certain events, you can pick up the ticket from one of our employees at the concert venue 1-1½ hour before show start. However, this is to be agreed before the event.
