You can do several things to make your purchase as quickly and smoothly as possible - when you have to buy tickets for the large and very popular events. Here are some tips to purchase tickets from Billetlugen.
To buy online:
Make sure that you only have a window open for your Internet!
Many open browser windows at the same time, won't give you a better place in line. But the burden on our servers and needlessly misrepresent the number of buyers who are queuing.
Click only once on each button!
Show patience. In the load on the servers, the response times will be longer than normal. It does not help to click several times on the same button. But you might have to interrupt the purchase.
Never use your browser's "back" button! You may interrupt your purchase.
Do not be choosy with your seats!
Accept the seats, you first have chosen or been assigned. If you click "no thanks" to go back and look for better places, you run the risk that other buyers in the meantime have had seats. In particular, there is a substantial burden on the system.
Be precise when you enter information!

Buy in FONA stores:
Shops do not have an unlimited number of tickets! It can happen that a store may announce sold out. Do you see a long queue in front of a FONA shop, it is perhaps worth considering in place to purchase your tickets online or through our call center.

Our callcenter has a queue system. Customers will be served in order. But there is not always room for everyone in the queue. If you hear a busy tone when you call, there is no room for more calls in the phone line. Try to call again a few minutes later.

Think of all the others who, like you want to buy tickets. Show that you are a good buyer. Both during and after the purchase.
Do not buy more tickets than you need!
If you are unable to use your ticket, then sell it for a nominal price.
Buy never tickets through unauthorized outlets. You risk being cheated with a fake ticket / invalid ticket. If you buy tickets on the black market, you are helping to support the ticket touts.
