Collection and use of information

Billetlugen A/S is sole owner of the information collected on this website. The information is not resold nor will it be utilised in other manner than as appears from the below guidelines.


In order to book tickets on billetlugen.dk, you must register as user and provide your name, address and payment card. The information is used for completing your purchase. If you have problems in connection with a purchase, cancellation or similar occurs, the information will be used for contacting you.

The information about purchase is filed for min. 5 years according to the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.


When you enter your card details, they are submitted directly to PBS. Accordingly, we do not file your card details. The details are exchanged in an encrypted manner, and no one besides you and PBS are able to see them.

Addressing Billetlugen

You can address Billetlugen by email, telephone or regular mail.


A cookie is the software filed on the hard disc of the Internet user. It contains information about the user's PC. The use of cookies is not connected to collection of personally identifiable details. When you close your browser, the cookie will disappear. We use cookies to be able to identify your PC through the purchase process. If you choose to set your browser settings so that it does not receive cookies, you will be able to navigate our website, but you will not be able to buy tickets.

Log files

We log the IP addresses (a kind of computer cpr. Number) to administer the website, handle the purchasing process, collect demographic information about users, and more. IP addresses contains no person identifiable information.

IP addresses are not disclosed to third parties. Only in the case of creditcard fraud IP addresses will be reported to the police.

Data processing

The person responsible for data at Billetlugen is the company, Billetlugen A/S.


We redistribute collected data to our cooperating partners, advertising agencies, etc. for the use in market research, etc. We share the details with organisers since it is a necessary precondition for us and the organisers being able to provide the optimum service to you. E.g., there is a justified interest for the organiser in being able to look up customers for an event if a ticket has been lost. Also, it may be necessary to contact you prior to an event in the event of, e.g., changes to the programme, cancellations or similar.


The details can also be used for contacting you in connection with information about similar events, where it is expected that you could be interested in receiving such information. If the information is used for marketing purposes, it will always be done observing the Danish Marketing Act and Act on Processing of Personal Data. Email address will never be used for marketing, unless you have accepted the receipt of our newsletter.


This website contains several links. Please note that billetlugen.dk is not liable to administration and processing of the personal data on certain linked sites. Accordingly, we encourage all of our users to note when they leave our site and always read the relevant sites' policies for processing of personal data. The guidelines described here are only applicable to the processing of personal data on billetlugen.dk.

Contests, etc.

From time to time we offer our users participation in contests, questionnaire research, etc. In this connection, you will be asked to provide some details about yourself; name, address, etc. But of course it is always voluntary whether to participate in contests, research and similar.

On our website, we observe all precautions for protection of our users' data against misuse. When you are asked to enter sensitive data, such as for instance credit card number and expiry date, such entries are encrypted by use of the best encryption software on the market - presently SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All information provided in connection with the purchase is transmitted in an encrypted manner. We use SSL encrypting for protection of sensitive data online. In addition to this, we do all we can to protect the data offline. All of our data are subject to strict biometric safety. This means, among other things, that only the employees who need the information to be able to perform an assignment are accessed to it. All of our employees have received comprehensive instructions in our safety and personal data policies. Our servers are kept under strict safety precautions in a closed and locked room.

Access to own data

It is always possible for you to find out which data we file on you. Just email kundeservice@billetlugen.dk and provide your name and address. Within ten days, you will receive an email stating which data billetlugen.se files on you.

On ""My profile"", it is always possible for you to see which data have been registered.


It is always possible for you to have us deleting data which billetlugen.dk files on you. Just send a request for deletion to kundeservice@billetlugen.dk with your name and address. However, we cannot delete previous ticket purchase as such data are to be filed for minimum five years.


We reserve the right to change the above described guidelines. Any changes will always appear from the website. If we change our policy for processing of personal data, all registered users will be informed thereof by email.
