5. Information about recorded personal information and deletion of personal information

In order to order tickets at billetlugen.dk, you must register as a user and provide your name, address, and credit card. The information is used to complete the transaction. If there are problems with a purchase, if, for instance, there is a cancellation or the like, the information will be used to contact you.
Purchasing information is stored to the extent Billetlugen A/S is obligated to do so, according to applicable law, including the Bookkeeping Act.
When you enter your credit card information, it is sent directly to PBS. We do not keep your credit card information. The information exchange is encrypted, and no one can see it, aside from you and PBS.

This means, among other things, that only those employees who need the information to perform a task have access to it. All of our staff have received extensive instructions regarding our security and personal data processing policy. Our servers are kept under strict security in a closed and locked room.
