This is how you get your ticket
Billetlugen offers three manners of buying tickets:
On billetlugen.dk you can buy tickets with a credit card. You can also buy tickets via Billetlugen's customer service on telephone +45 70 263 267 on all business days between 10:00 and 17:00. Please note that you must pay a service charge of DKK 15 in addition to the remaining fees and charges. The third option is to go to FONA to buy your tickets. In FONA, you can pay cash if you do not have a credit card.
Irrespective of how you buy your ticket, you do not have to worry about losing it. Via our system, Billetlugen is always able to reprint your ticket. If you have bought your ticket in FONA, you must have a receipt in order for FONA to be able to identify your FONA booking number.
If you do not receive your ticket by mail within five business days from your order, please phone us and we will print a new ticket for you without additional costs to you.
If your ticket has been stolen, if you put it in your washing machine or you have other mishaps, which Billetlugen is not liable to, it costs a charge of DKK 100 to have a reprint of your tickets as well as DKK 20 of ticket charge.
