Billetlugen A/S is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. The information is not resold and exploited nor other than the following guidelines.

Buy/booking

To order tickets billetlugen.dk, register as a user and provide information concerning your name, address and your credit card. The information is used to complete the purchase. If there are problems with a purchase, or happens a cancellation or similar, that information will be used to contact you.

Information on the purchase is stored in 5 years under a danish law requirements.

Payment

When you enter your card information, they will be sent directly to PBS. We do not save your card information. The information is exchanged encrypted, and no one other than you and PBS can see them.

Comments to Billetlugen

You can write to Billetlugen via e-mail, telephone or ordinary mail.

Cookies

A cookie is the software stored on the Internet hard drive. It contains information on the user's PC. The use of cookies is not associated with the collection of person identifiable information. Data

Transfers

We disclose information to our business partners, advertisers with more for the market, etc. We share the information with the organisers, as it is a necessary condition for us and the organizers provide the best service. For example. there is an interest for the organisers in order to turn customers up to an event, if a ticket is lost. Similarly, it may be necessary to contact you prior to an event by, for example. program, cancellations or similar.

Marketing

The information can also be used to contact you in connection with information on similar events, where the presumption is that you have an interest in receiving the information. Use the information in marketing, it will always be in compliance with the danish law. E-mail address will never be used for marketing, unless you have agreed to receive our newsletter.

Access to your information

Deleting

You always have the opportunity to erase data/information that billetlugen.dk store for you. You just need to send a request to be removed from the kundeservice@billetlugen.dk along with your name and address. We can not erase the past Ticket which must be stored in at least 5 years.

Changes
