Following are the general guidelines regarding ticket refunds

Please note that fees and insurances connected to your purchase are not refunded in the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, only the tickets face value.

Tickets purchased with Danish or foreign credit card (DanKort, VISA, MasterCard, Eurocard etc. - though not American Express) on our website billetlugen.dk or over the phone with our call-center:

Your money will be transferred automatically to the card used for payment - please allow approximately two weeks for processing.
You will not be notified when the transfer has been made, you'll need to keep an eye on your account.
If you have changed bank, have had a new card issued or made other equivalent actions, we will still - for security reasons - transfer the money back to the card used for payment. This way, we will automatically be notified once the transfer has been made and the buyer will be contacted. In such events, a prolonged time for processing is of course to be expected.

Tickets purchased using American Express on billetlugen.dk or over the phone with our call center:

You are required to send an e-mail to kundeservice@billetlugen.dk with the following information to enable us to carry out the refunding:

  • Order ID
  • Name and telephone number (as stated on time of purchase)
  • Registration- and account number to your bank


Please allow approximately two weeks for processing.
You will not be notified when the transfer has been made, you'll need to keep an eye on your account.

Tickets purchased in FONA or other third party outlet, here including tickets bought at Billetlugen ticket-desk Øster Allé 42:

Original tickets are returned to Billetlugen, Øster Allé 42. 2.sal, 2100, Copenhagen Ø, DENMARK.
Remember to include the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Registration- and account number to your bank


Please allow approximately two weeks for processing.
The tickets can be sent with normal postal service but for your own safety, make a copy before you send them.
You will not be notified when the transfer has been made, you'll need to keep an eye on your account.

Tickets purchased on billetlugen.dk using internet banking system:

Money will be refunded automatically to the account used for payment.

Nordea E-Payment

You are asked to send an e-mail to kundeservice@billetlugen.dk with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Name and telephone number stated on time of purchase
  • Registration- and account number to your bank

Regarding costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred:

Billetlugen will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a concert is cancelled or rescheduled.
In these events, it is your responsibility to ensure the concert is going ahead before travelling. We will do our best to inform you if the date has been changed but Billetlugen do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements.
